Meet the Team

Matt has worked as a personal injury attorney since 2009. He has represented hundreds of clients, tried numerous cases to verdict in front of judges and juries in Mobile and Baldwin Counties, and has recovered millions of dollars for his clients.

After practicing law in Birmingham for four years, Brad returned to Mobile to establish Kittrell & Rowan. In 2009, Kittrell & Rowan joined Taylor Martino to better serve our community.  He is a member of the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association. Brad, his wife Jennifer, and their two children reside in Mobile. They are members of Ashland Place United Methodist Church.

Jon was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama and graduated from Murphy High School in 2008. Jon continued his education at Auburn University where he was involved with the Honors College, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. After graduating, Jon attended the University of Alabama School of Law. He served as a member of the Journal of the Legal Profession, and received his juris doctor degree in 2015.

Before joining Andy Citrin Injury Attorneys, Michael Fondren was a respected litigator and judge in Mississippi. He served as a judge in the Chancery Court District for Jackson, George, and Greene Counties and as a municipal court judge for the City of Pascagoula. Michael brings an intense understanding and respect for the law to our firm and brings a unique perspective to every case due to his time at the bench.

Brett W. Aaron is a dedicated attorney at Andy Citrin Injury Attorneys, focusing on personal injury cases. Graduating magna cum laude from the University of Alabama School of Law, Brett is recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star and is deeply committed to advocating for his clients’ rights.

Ryan, a 2020 graduate of The University of Alabama School of Law, is a skilled plaintiff’s personal injury attorney with extensive trial skills. Previously with the Mobile County Public Defender’s Office, he has built a strong track record in the courtroom. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, following Alabama sports, and relaxing on the water with his dog, Copper.

Alexander Kirkland joined the team at Andy Citrin Injury Attorneys in October 2021. He was born and raised in Mobile, AL. He focuses on cases involving 18-wheeler, motorcycle, and car wrecks; slip and fall personal injury; product defects; catastrophic injury; wrongful death; and premises liability. Alex is bilingual and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Martin Cunningham is an attorney with a background in litigation, real estate, and politics. A Baldwin County native and Ole Miss Law graduate, he’s dedicated to helping clients secure the justice they deserve.
