Around 9:30 pm on the night of Wednesday June 3, a pedestrian suffered major injuries from a hit and run accident on Government Street near Little Flower Catholic School. The Mobile Police Department apprehended a twenty-year-old driver who returned to the scene while they were investigating. The victim was rushed to a hospital and listed as critical condition.
