David is a native of Foley with a wealth of knowledge in a variety of industries. David attended Concordia University in Chicago, IL, where he received his Bachelor's in Philosophy/Languages.
He graduated from the University of Alabama Law School in 1992. Following graduation, he practiced general law (inclusive of criminal and civil litigation, property, family law, etc.) from 1993 - 1999. In July 2000, David was called to the ministry where he served as a pastor and teacher in Texas until 2003 and then in Illinois until 2017. In 2017, David and his family (Charae (wife of 29 years), children Levi (23), Anna (21), Malachi (15) & Noel (13)) returned home to Foley where David put his love of languages to use by serving as a Latin instructor at Bayshore Christian School. If you need Greek or Latin translated, or need legal advice - David is THE man!
David joined Andy Citrin Injury Attorneys in 2019, and we are very fortunate to have his knowledge and expertise on our team. David is passionate about helping others, especially injured people who cannot help themselves. He also enjoys the planning and strategizing associated with litigation. His goal is to fight alongside his clients and get them the maximum value for their injuries.
In his spare time, David enjoys stock and options investing, the outdoors and reading classical literature. David prides himself on being a good lawyer, husband and father and having a lot of fun while doing so!
